At the beginning of February, I gave a short presentation to my group mates from the university about the Erasmus project in which I participated. They were deeply impressed by the way the idea of photography was treated and the new methods we learned. Also, we explained various methods on how we can get inspired, we debated this idea and we discussed whether or not creativity is important. We discussed the Erasmus+ programs and what the opportunities are, why the intercultural exchange with other young people is important and what are the interesting things that I learned from the colleagues with whom I spent those days in Cyprus. I have provided more details about YouthPass and what it entails, about how it is to combine traveling with learning useful things, but also about how beautiful the island is.

My entire life I was that type of person who was looking for adventures and meantime using all the opportunities I face in my life. Due to this fact, one of my life goals is always look for personal growth and development. As I notice in my life there are lots of people I influence and teach. So last year I was lucky to get chance to grow my personality a little bigger by taking part in an amazing Erasmus+ training course called "Voice of Art and COmmUnity" in Cyprus, Pissouri.

During the project I met fantastic people from 9 different friends, I made new friends, found out new interesting life stories, learned new interactive methods that I can definitely use in my work with youth in my country.

I was impressed by great organization of ACPELIA and qualified facilitators. All the activities were interesting and well managed. Mostly I liked Treasure Hunt in Pissouri, Collage making, Exhibitions, Participatory Photography, Facilitating the workshop in School in Limassol. People were kind and friendly while we were working and achieving the tasks in the groups.

For me, participation in Erasmus+ "Voice of ARt and COmmUnity", which took place in November 24-December 3 in Cyprus, Pissouri was an opportunity to discover my creative potential, expand my horizons and, undoubtedly, grow personally.

Since participating in this kind of project was my first time, I tried to take as much information as possible from each activity and express myself in them as much as possible.

Since I do not consider myself a creative person and the activities that were carried out during the project were new to me, I was able to look at the creative process and creativity from a different perspective, which helped to open up deeply hidden skills in me that I was afraid to express.

On the project, you could be yourself, without fear of making a mistake or completing the task "wrong." Because all the time we were surrounded by an atmosphere of friendship, tolerance, understanding and full cooperation and everyone was ready to offer a helping hand.

Participating in a photography training course has had a profound impact on me, fostering both personal and professional growth. Firstly, the course provided me with a creative outlet to express myself and explore my artistic abilities. Learning about composition, lighting techniques, and editing software has enabled me to develop a unique visual language, allowing me to communicate my perspectives and experiences with the world. Witnessing my photography skills improve over time has not only boosted my confidence but also instilled a sense of accomplishment within me.

Moreover, the impact of the photography training course extends beyond artistry, offering valuable transferable skills that benefit me in various aspects of my life. Mastering concepts such as attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving has cultivated a resilient mindset and enhanced my adaptability. Additionally, the collaborative nature of photography has encouraged teamwork and communication, honing my ability to interact effectively with others and collaborate on projects. Overall, the experience of undertaking the photography training course has equipped me with a versatile skill set and a newfound passion that positively influences my personal and professional journey.

For me, this experience gave me the opportunity to discover new people and learn new skills in terms of photography, teaching teenagers, language skills.

Also, the nature and atmosphere of the island gave me a dose of energy and inspiration. The people who participated in this project were truly special, with backgrounds and talents that impressed me and from whom I was able to learn many new and special things.

The facilitators had a decisive role in creating and sustaining us as a group, giving me the opportunity and the comfortable space to express my thoughts and emotions. I am deeply grateful for the experience provided.
